Anyone here breeding their mares in 2026?

If so, what do you have, and what are you breeding to?

Lets get some talk going!

I stood my own stallions for years and years. But, not anymore.
I am breeding a very well bred mare to a horse this year,
The mare is one I own, and the horse I am breeding to is Sugarr Daddy.
I am very excited for this cross! I think it will result in an outstanding foal!

Going to try this again,

My mare, Bets A Drive, daughter of Hydrive Cat. This was a pic that came with her. I have not had much of an opportunity to get new pics of her.

My mare is a daughter of Hydrive Cat with a double dose of Bet Yer Blue Boons on the bottom side.

I put the first sentence into google translate.....
" Casino Betify offers an experience thanks to a rich offering of games"
Sounds like nothing relating to stockyard

Figured it was time for an update.

Some things never change. Used to be, you didn't try AI with a maiden mare. But, figuring there had been changes in the years since I had been actively breeding, we tried. And, some things never change!
So, instead of losing this year since it was getting late, a very good friend of mine has a very nicely bred gray horse, very well bred it's just I am not a fan of gray. But, we bred live cover, and I have a bred mare!
So if all goes well, it's Sugarr Daddy for next year!

In the mean time, keep your fingers crossed for a successful, uneventful pregnancy and a live healthy foal!

This is the pedigree on the stallion,
