Horse skin problem? ideas before the vet?

My 7 YO mare - her hair is thinning out on her cheek bone and also her front legs. Its itchy and quite scabby?

How do i post pictures on here so i i can get some advice before i get the vet out!

Sounds like an allergy type reaction to me. What type of grazing/plants does she have access to in the paddock?? What colour is she also??

She is a bay, We have just moved to a new block in the past 6 months. its really only just flared up. we are in a bit of a creek also.
