Quick reply button functioning as quote button

[serendipity]

Have noticed several times recently when I click on the quick reply button in the last post of a thread so it activates the quick reply box at the bottom, well it ends up opening a full reply with that person quoted.

A bit annoying, whats going wrong?

Anyone? I'm still having this issue from time to time
