I wish, oh how I wish, there were millions going into my bank! Costs me as much to buy a 2114 sq block and put a new house on it as I got for 2.4 h with house( old house but was home for nearly 40 years).

nevertheless sounds exciting to be doing what you are doing, I am in the throws of doing the same. sold my 2h to a developer and keeping 6x540sqm blocks for the family and myself - will also be building a new house.
