Default Coliban QH Stud Reducing Mare Numbers.

Hi All!
We have sold few mares but we are still overstocked
It is a heart breaking decision to sell our girls but we have too many mares and have to sell. All our mares are TOP QUALITY mares by the imported leading sires of the country.

Zipped In Gold Q34526, by Zippo By Choice (imp), 15' hands tall, trained by Dawn Marshall for WP, has been slightly shown by a youth rider. She is sound and blemish free, has been used by us as a broodmare and produced nice, big and quiet foals. She is an easy breeder and a very good mum. She is Not a beginners horse. She has been with us for many years and is for sale due to no fault of her own. Good, permanent home is a must.
Sells empty but can be bred to any of our boys if required.
Price: $6600

Mares are for genuine sale due to overstock:
DVD O Lena Q47267, By Hickory CD(imp), liver chestnut, ROM at Halter, 15'2 tall
Radical Zip N Lee Q52828 by Tall Dark N Radical (imp), dark mahogany bay, not broken in, sound and blemish free, 14'3 hands tall. An awesome looker and mover.
Chips Chocolate Zip Q50226, by Chips Texas Star(imp), a very rare black liver chestnut with black mane and tail, over 15' tall, not broken in, sound and blemish free.
Extreme Priority Q52944, by Classy Priority(imp), sorrel with lots of chrome, ROM at Halter, over 15'2 tall. Hi Point Halter mare of WA in 2005-2006. Not broken in, sound and blemish free.
All mares are in top condition, good to handle, easy to breed and are proven breeders.
No time wasters, please.

Some lovely mares for sale Lena, a great opportunity for someone starting out to have some well bred brood mares in their band.

I wish I had some more space out my back yard have my wish list drawn up

Cheers

Hi all!
Thank you all! We have a lot of inquieries from overeast buyers. And some of our mares will be going east where they came from originally
I can't believe that WA quarter horse enthusiasts don't grab the opportunity to purchase top quality stock at a very reasonable price!
We are lucky we have some room (6500 acres) and good feed and look after them properly this year.
Lena

They are stunners Lena - but I think most of us are finding it hard $$$ wise - nothing to do with your prices - just mortgages/rent/agistment etc

Thanks Zoo! I also hope mares stay in WA.
We have a Chips Texas Star(imp) mare for sale, she is the only mare in WA by this top producing stallion.
We are offering mares by Zippo by Choice(imp) only 2 or 3 mares in WA, by Tall Dark N Radical (imp) I know only of 2 mares in WA. So the bloodlines are very special and all of them were bred for a purpose.
Woooo I hope the situation will improve and people will be able to afford couple of top quality mares to start their own breeding programs.
Cheers, lena

bugger bugger bugger

i have too many horses already!

I was just thinking the other day that I would like to look at starting my own stud in the next few years with the purchase of some decent bloodlines and what an opportunity!

But need to sort out the new filly first and build some more paddocks! (and get a 2nd job to pay for it all )

So won't be looking until next year sometime!

*sigh*

good luck with your mares,
