Question Dinner Suggestions??

What is everyone having for dinner? Im lacking any thought of what to cook, but seeing as im at home i like to have dinner cooked for my partner when he gets home. Although anything i cook has to be simple as im still learning......... I know im 20yrs old so should know by now but always had it done for me.

Any suggestions??

I made some Pork Ribs the other day but then overcooked them, Ooops!! But they were still yummo!! Never cooked pork before so didnt know how to tell if it was cooked?!

How about chicken tonight with rice or pasta its really easy and yummy. Or you could do a home made pizza with your OH favorite toppings.

Last night had German style potato salad with rissoles and a tossed salad as well.
Tonight we are having mince chow mein because it's easy, tastes yummy and is easy on the budget.
Some other ideas are Apricot Chicken, Steak and home made chips with salad, beef curry with saffron rice, green chicken curry, stuffed capsicums in a tomato puree sauce with rice, Sausages with mashed potato and salad.

shops have alot of pastas, sauces that are quick and easy and you can always add things to it. Stir frys are easy or for something quick and different grab a pack of CC's put on a plate add dip all over it then place in oven for 10mins then add sour cream and grated cheese then place back in oven til cheese melted and waaalaaa its basic but yummy and still to this day i love it

We're having stir fry beef. I've crushed the ginger, garlic and coriander and they're infusing the olive oil atm with a dash of seame oil. At 2 I'll marinade the beef strips til 6 and then just stirfry with some spring onion shoots and snow peas. Will then throw in some hookien noodles My kids love this and it's sooooo easy and tasty!

Ok I've decided what we're having .

We're having Chicken Breast stuffed with Swiss cheese, wrapped in bacon strips with cheesey vegies and roast potato.

Dessert will be chocolate mousse .
