in all honesty, who knows what is going on???
all i know, is i went out the other night to lock the chooks up. and bloody hell, there were hundreds of fruit bats in the tree beside the chook shed.
yep i freaked LOL LOL ran inside and told the chooks to put themselves to bed.
far out they are ugly, i mean so ugly not even there mothers could love them.
i have made peter lock them up ever since lol lol
i know, i am a chicken and should be locked in with the chooks LOL

a racing stables at belina (NSW) has been quaranteened for suspected hendra virus.
one of the two people in hospital, is now in a coma.
NOT GOOD AT ALL.
but the government is going to grant the redlands vet some money to help them through, as they dont normally do this. i bet the vet has some fantastic "dirt" on them, to get them to do this LOL you know for starters 8 days to pick up the infected blood for one thing.

mmm no i dont think it is spreading as such trojane, but those bats fly hundreds of miles a day.
just got an email from someone whos horse died at the vets 2 days before the first "known case" of hendra at the vet clinic. her horse remains "off" the list.
well that makes it 10 horses that has died at the vet clinic so far, not the 5 or 6 they keep insisting on.
and plus the 4 at the other place that have died, so all in all 14 horses have died so far.
i say SHOOT THOSE BATS or something.

the poor bugga that is now in a coma, i bet his family are devistated.

we have an "insider" now LOL so get all the good goss. (landlord is in the DPI) yeah yeah i know, could of shot him myself when he told us lol
but the problem is, their left hand has no idea on what there right hand is doing, so they make up all this paperwork, so they dont actually have to do anything LOL LOL LOL
funny thing is, we have filled out about 1,000,000 pieces of papers for them, and they are still asking us if we have HORSES lol lol lol bloody idiots, we sent a reply back "actually no we dont anymore, we are now breeding fruit bats, would you like to come and see" mmmm no response back yet LOL LOL LOL

I have also done a little prying today...the nasty name no-one in officialdom wants attached to the fruit bats is RABIES

So in a game of semantics we will keep calling this "Hendra virus" because Australia mustn't have RABIES. Strictly speaking it isn't quite RABIES but it is soooo close it wouldn't matter if it didn't matter.
