EWA Insurance - an explanation please

Hi

If someone has the time (and inclination) could that someone please put an explantion next to each category (ie what is the difference/defininiton of 'Senior' as opposed to 'Associate'as opposed to 'Basic'. Blowed if I can see an explanation on the web-site
