Hi Info on Archie,

in order to track a horse with a brand I need a bit more info.

Sex/Age/Colour

11 over 0 could be 1990/2000/2010

Purrfect - had a look at the pics in that thread and found this:

Brands:
ANGLE OVER G NEAR SHOULDER 11 OVER 0 OFF SHOULDER

Markings:
STAR, STRIPE AND SNIP CONJOINED. N/F 3/4 CANNON WHITE, HIGHER IN FRONT & BEHIND. N/H 3/4 CANNON WHITE. O/H INSIDEHEEL WHITE. WHORLS ON FOREHEAD & CRESTS.

If you can confirm those markings and maybe have another look at the brand, then I've found "Archie".

I would read as what you put up as angle over G.

My horses brand joins one letter to another due to being put on a little too deep, so I would maybe guess thats what happened with your boy.

It's a now that i have taken more hair away and have had some help, i've got it!

There's the curvy bit over the G, then unerneath a capital G but it looks a bit blurry.

Would you be able to help me with finding info on a horse as well?

She is a year old chestnut thoroughbred mare with a white stripe/blaze, two back white socks to mid cannon w. ermine spots, white sock front near sock to fetlock.

Her brand is

MP.

there is also a curved line over the MP.

Her paddock name is crystal. im not sure if that is related to her registered name.

If you could help that would be great.

Im looking at buying a mare with a brand and i know nothing of her history ,, would like to see if i can get papers and breed with her

her brand is 16 over a 1 and on the other side is a captial I but it looks like longer strokes on top and bottom or a H turned on its side with a 1 next to it

im told she is about ten turning 11
she is a bay colour with with black maine and tail and white marking on her face more over the near side of her face than middle say ,, I know nothing of this breed and dont know where to start ,,i dont think she race but had a barrier start ,, any help on where to go would be helpful thanks

Not sure if was raced or even bred at a racing stable, but i'm curious. He's 12 years old.

Since this thread appears to have turned into a search engine of sorts I was hoping to add my own Thoroughbred to the list.

Colour: Dark Bay/Seal Bay/Dark Brown
Markings: White blaze on head that turns pink on muzzle, Black legs, no socks.
Whorls: (Probably one on mid-neck but I'm not sure.)
