Thanks Teej is just under 34" and we have 2 mares in foal to him this year, so fingers crossed for a filly!!

Manuka honey is so hard to find I had a guy tell me that jarrah honey has the same properties just a little less concentrated may be easier to find.......did not read the posts but assumed you are after the liquid gold just saw t.j's name and wanted to make sure the little man was ok

I have changed to ungvita (thanks to those that recommended it ) and it is doing an awesome job, it has softened the skin right up and we have just the smallest margin of exposed skin left
I will take pics as soon as able
now as soon as the mares start showing to him, we might be ready to roll
I think he is ready to do what a stallion likes to do best (besides eating )

Hey Delrae .....hows the little man going ?

Hi ya KC

he is all closed up now....yay!! at long last, still has a big bald patch and a lot of scar tissue but he is a real feral monkey at the moment, got his eyes on the mares at the moment...waiting waiting...lol typical horny stallion

I have noticed though that when he gallops around his breathing is really bad, sounds like an asthma attack so hopefully that will improve over time, same as the hard skin

if we ever get any decent weather I will take some pics of his scars now
