Cowgirl 9 - I know! But at 5'11" - I'm quite tall, so don't ever look as big as I am (if that makes sense)!!
That photo was taken in the US and I was in US size 16's! I remember trying to pants in Target when I got home that were aussie 16's and I couldn't get them done up!!!

RRC - just checked the packet and said not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, but since it's all natural stuff - I would ask your doctor and get their opinion. All the ingredients AND the quantities are listed on the packet and blister packet too!

B - I have NO idea what to do now....do my resume and start looking for a decent job in a few weeks I guess! And some *me* time in the meantime!

Ok - so I have some REALLY exciting news! I was 69.2kg at the beginning of the week and as of this morning I am 67.4kg!!! I have lost 1.8kg!! I think exercising every day has really started to get this weight OFF again!
VERY VERY VERY excited especially since we went out for dinner and drinks last night celebrating the sale of the business!!
Got to dash, dragging OH out for a walk with me!
    xx

I used to live in Gero but that was a few years ago now I hope you have a great fresh start, and am sure you will have no probs meeting new people.
Tempo can you please have a look on your bottle of met adv and see if it says anything about pregnancy or breast feeding on there, Thanks I am thinking about getting some

The met adv tabs can be bought from coles or woolies, but u can get them online for much cheaper. Tower pharmacy online i think is the one Tempo goes through.

Good luck up in Gero Cowgirl, I know it can be scary starting afresh but I'm sure you'll be fine.

I have a couple of friends up there, but am newly single and quite nervous about the whole new town, new friends, new job, being on my own thing
But god knows I need it so here I go..

Wow Tempo what a huge change!!.. But I have to say even in the first photo, you dont look size 16 Well done

Bella- Hahaha give him a call?? He can only say he hasnt got an answer yet or needs to talk to them on the weekend, or no.. At least it might put your mind at ease a little

My latest motivation is to be able to wear my size 11 extra low rise RM jeans and still be able to breathe and sit down
