As far as i know, livamol is a coat conditioner.

And ironcyl is an iron supplement. Do not give extra iron if your horse is not deficient in it.

Nothing wrong with Cell Provide, it's an excellent full vitamin and mineral supplement.
Nothing wrong with chaff.

Advantage? The min/vit supplement? You already have Cell Provide.

Stockfeeders are great, and sometimes they offer some good advice, but usually it's to be taken with a grain of salt.
Very important to do all your homework before you go to the feed store.

Ditch the iron stuff and the advantage.

Hay, oaten chaff, lucerne chaff, livamol and Cell provide is fine. Make sure he has hay overnight.

A cheap and easy way for a nice coat is simply some canola oil, from a stockfeeders or woolies!!!

Yep, I'd go with some canola oil or canola meal.

Canola meal is the go as that provides quality protein and oil. Feed 1 cup daily with just chaff, his minerals and hay.

Personally I would have a preference for soyabean meal along with some Rice Bran Oil.

The soyabean meal provides an excellent level of essential amino's, particularly Lysine and so can be of assistance in 'topline' etc.

We tend to prefer Rice Bran Oil over the Canola Oil simply because of the gamma oryzanol which also lends itself to better conditioning as well as the higher antioxidant levels (i.e Vitamin E etc) in the Rice Bran Oil. We had previously used Canola Oil in our feeds but have opted for the more expensive Rice Bran Oil as it simply delivered better results.

And for those with a budding culinary talent the Rice Bran Oil is sensational for cooking. High smoking temperature and excellent results as regards lowering cholesterol. Great with Asian dishes particularly!

If the coat is the primary concern I would go for a biotin, zinc and methionine supplement (eg Gleam or Bio-Bloom) as it has the double bonus of improving hoof quality as well as coat condition. You generally find that they grow a finer hair with such products.

Sheesh- they saw you coming!

How many of these items are unopened and returnable?
