hello, i'm feeding "ezy feed" made by topstock who are saltriver performance in bakers hill. they make this feed it is non heating but has lots of fats and oils and my boys coat is shinny. i am feeding it to 12 horses and they are all coming thru with nice coats for summer.

you can pm saltriver thru here or see there ad on front page.

great product....highly recommended, they can also tell you where to buy it.

cheers

Lots of options! I use sunnies, good grooming (very important!) and a well balanced diet. A good mineral mix like equilibrium can help for that. Copra is also meant to help coats, and some people use vegetable oil or similar, there are also commercial supplements like Groom too.

I prefer sunflower oil. I find that if i feed seeds i get lots of lovely sunflowers growing all over the place - perhaps indicating that the horses aren't digesting it properly. Also linseed is great. Crushed or boiled whole is better (if you have lots of time on your hands!!)
