Another question - If I pick up an export bale of hay on the back of a ute if the guy doesn't delivery then how do I get it off the back of the ute safe and not break the pallets in the mean time???

Arnie how big are the export bales you are talking about? The ones I get from the farmer here is York are HUGE and wiegh 750kg

I am guessing that the bales are either those ones which won't fit on a ute or the compressed kind?
Instead of pallet I had a tarp laid out and bales went on that then covered with a tarp. For the 750kg bales I now get delivered they just have a tarp thrown over them as my horses go through one in almost a week!
Anyway, you can pull it off a ute using another ute or 4wd.
