Default Moving Horses East

My friend just got accepted into the army

there are three possible postings she could get being canberra, brisbane and townsville. she didnt think at the time that she wouldnt be able to get her horse there so she is not sure what is going on she has her fingers frossed for a canberra posting but she is sourcing agistment and full board at one place with a stable was $282 a week

she talked to a transport company apparently they can get the horse to melbourne and then thats it

very interesting glad to see boarders are closed both ways but it is going to be a pain

Good luck to her, I hope she is able to do it. What is she doing in the army do you know? My brothers been there for about a year now. Although he isn't into horses, for the first 6months he had no time to do anything other then duties and training, maybe your friend would find it a might tight trying to do her work plus her horse for a while? It's a pretty big work load to do both!
