The story is this due to quite a few symptoms usually associated with ulcers the vet placed roly on Omoguard for three weeks at 5ml a day. He has finished this three days ago and I put him on the maintenance dose of 1ml a day as the vet had suggested.

Well today he was back to square one almost, not a bad but hadnt eaten all his hay or feed, didnt want me doing up his girth, grooming him touching his belly etc. When I rode him he freaked out at a pony, he is normally not fazed by anything and nearly threw me off. I jumped off him and he took off.

Was sweating profusely when I got back on and rode him so it looks like the ulcers are back. Wasnt that interested in his feed again.

Anyone WITH EXPERIENCE IN ULCER CARE/TREATMENT got any suggestions.

I put him back on a higher dose and I'm ringing the vet tomorrow.
