I've never tried Spirit Essences or healing but good on you SomeoneElse; All the others you listed I have had great results from, as well as White Willow Bark, Laser Therapy, Photo-acupuncture, magnetic therapy & Joint Supplements.
Don't worry about Celery making the urine smell, it is a diuretic so you just need to make sure your horse is getting an adequate intake of water
