to breed from? Is the horse even good enough to breed? You should tell her that because the horse has a uterus does not mean she should be bred. MLP pass on SCHR link, maybe she can see what happens when inexperienced people get hold of OTTB's.
Also point out that she should possible enrol into one of SCHR Horsecare Workshops. Some horses particularly TB's need feeding extra to keep them in shape.
