I would tell her to stop and seek professional advice. It sounds like the horse is not listening ( or not being taught properly? ) so it isn't helping, and is becoming dangerous.

I'm pretty sure there are some advertisers on here that could help. Perhaps if you get their contact details you can pass it on to her before the horse or her gets injured.
