I have recently purchased a Peter Horobin anti girth wool girth (mouthful) I had read about them on a dressage site and everyone was raving. It really has made a difference and I feel my boy is stretching out more and more comfortable and for $69.95 worth it. His is habit as i believe he has had the girth ripped up by a previous owner when he was contract mustering
I had everything else checked out
Oh and my friend showed me how to do a bowen move on the girth area so I do that before putting his saddle on...........he still gets cranky but less so after a year.............hoping he will drop it over time
