Wound Management Using "Magic Yellow Paste"

    I would like to share with you all some photos of a chest injury and the stages of which it healed. This was done on a fence post were the horse reared up and came down on top opening a part of the chest up and was several inches deep under the skin.
    I choose not to bandage wound as I find they heal quicker when air can circulate and it also help to dry the area.
    Method I Used:
    1: I syringled the wound and surrounding area with betadine to clean and remove any dirt that may of been in it.
    2: I would pack the "Magic Yellow Paste" under the skin and cover the whole area of the wound so it had a thick layer.

    I only ever use to do this once a day in the evening. Evening time is always best as the paste would start to run if the temp wa
