I think that would be fine.
I think that training days are light coloured polo/shirt and jods?

    from what ive heard
even though it is a training day, you are still expected to present you and your horse neatly, to the judge as a sign of respect

so it is appreciated if you plait up, and wear a shirt and tie, but jackets wouldnt be required

remember that you get marks in presentation so it may bring down ur overall score

Light coloured polo ( or ratcatcher shirt or shirt with tie ) would be fine with creams jods :)

I aint going to try and get good results (though that would be nice) it's more to see how a horse i want acts at a show. So a well fitting very light blue polo is fine?
    :D Thanks guys.
I won't be plaiting that's for sure.. LOL

    Program says-

    Neat safe dress applies
    Plaiting is not required

I'm sure polo would be fine :)* If in doubt call the organisers

Ok it just says "neat safe dress" and no plaiting.

I'd go cream joddies, boots (leather gaiters if you have them), white or PC polo shirt and gloves. And obviously helmet!

    bband - your choice entirely!

Ribbon browband or decorative browband ( with clinchers/brass pattern etc.)?? I wouldn't use a ribbon browband in dressage but it's personal choice

I will probally wear a white shirt then. I have a actual riding one which doesnt bunch when you ride.. just i hate white coz it will be filthy in 2 minutes.. guess i'll just wear another top over it and take it of when mounted on horse

    Hey Lauren,
I rode at the summer series dressage days doing the prelim training tests and I just wore a neat white polo shirt tucked in, cream jods and then the usual boots, gaiters, helmet and gloves. It was so hot I wasn't going to wear more than I had to. I didnt plait up either.

Oh, we won our class one week so it definitely didn't go against us.

There are no scores for presentation in dressage, just neat and tidy is the way to go.

But most importantly just go and have fun!
