Horse Legal Advice - Horse Lawsuit - Not Liable For Horse Injury - Idiot Clause

I called from time to time and asked for legal advice about horses, horse accidents and injuries. Although I am not a Lawyer, I am considered an Equine or Horse Expert. That term expert is defined as a person with more knowledge than the average person about a subject, so not a huge standard and does not mean I know everything nor does it mean I am right.Experts in court are there to educate the jurors on standard practices and norms in certain industries or explain policy or SOP (standard operating procedures) for a specific area.I discuss a recent case I was asked my opinion about a horse incident where a dummy got kicked in the head by her own actions and then blamed the person holding the horse and is suing them. The equine protection law I talk about, I put a link for Texas, check your own state to see one exist.http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/CP/htm/CP.87.htmI am always will to answer help someone or a horse that is getting blamed for a horse accident so if I get an email from an attorney with a request to call I will help out. Here is link to video I did about this that I mention in video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_DhqQs-qHMhttp://www.thinklikeahorse.org/
