Has anyone experienced this, and how to reduce without vet's assistance? I am trying not to go down the vet's way of draining it, as was told to leave it alone. Thanks in advance.

Cool, I have been using TuffRock and Paw Paw with Manuka Honey Ointment twice a day and has given it has shifted about 25% is a positive sign for a capped elbow :) However I do realise it will probably take a long time for it to go back to near normal. He used to have one previously before I bought him for my daughter. He is a big bugger of 17 1/4 hands.

Haven't taken much of Cullen but he is doing just dandy fine :)
